Of the 17 lots, 8 are sold and 9 lots are still available. These are lots 5-7, 11-13, and 15-17. Each lot is well marked on the ground. Each lot corner has an iron pin and a wooden stake with the lot number on it. A lot number is also in the middle of the lot at the road and the water's edge. The lot side boundaries are marked with orange surveyor's tape. The 290' elevation flowage easement line, which you must build behind, is marked with blue surveyor's tape.
Most lots have a driveway leading into the interior of the lot.
