Please click on the PDF file icon for a plat of the 17 lots. North is straight up. All lots face in a westerly direction and have a view of the sunset. The line on the far left (west) is the property line that is underwater. The next solid line to the right is the normal waterline. The broken line to the right of that is the 290' elevation line. Your home must be built above this line. The line on the far right is the property line along the road.
Of the 17 lots, 9 are sold and 8 lots are still available.  These are lots  6 & 7....., 11 thru 13...., and 15 thru 17.  Each lot is well marked on the ground.  Each lot corner has an iron pin and a wooden stake with the lot number on it.  A lot number is also in the middle of the lot at the road and the water's edge.  The lot side boundaries are marked with orange surveyor's tape. The 290' elevation flowage easement line, which you must build behind, is marked with blue surveyor's tape.  Each lot has been evaluated by a certified soil scientist and found suitable for a private well and septic system.

Most lots have a driveway leading into the interior of the lot.  Each lot is heavily wooded with mature hardwoods.  Any lot you select may be cleared or left natural in any way you wish.
